Self-care check-in

We’re not the kinda people to tell you to skip cookies during Covid. Because wat is life? But we are gonna express how much we’re here for each other during this challenging time, we’re hoping for saner days ahead, and we’re moving our bodies even if it’s freezing outside. Mmm balance—delicious.

Our top 4 (realistic) self-care tips:

  1. Find creative ways to move (lunch walk, 15m stretch, speed clean)

  2. Restore the mind & bod (epsom-salt bath, sleep routine, breath techniques)

  3. Try something new (hobby, sport, class you wish you’d taken in college)

  4. Binge on veggies and water too (who’s hydrated right now?)
