What to Expect
After you request your intro, your Refinery Fitness coach will reach out to schedule your assessment at a convenient time. On the day, you’ll arrive, get oriented in our studio, and complete the movement assessment and membership review. You’ll leave with a clear, customized path—whether private training, semi private training, or focused recovery. Our coaches make the entire introduction process straightforward and pressure-free.
