Getting into a gym these days can be hard.

The nature of our everyday lives - work and family life - are increasingly and more frequently disrupted due to COVID-19 and all of the apprehensions surrounding it. Even worse, once you’re at the gym, you have to figure out how to best use your time so that you’re efficient and cover what you need to do in the shortest amount of time possible. I know this, because even though I’m a trainer and a gym owner, I go through the emotional trials of exercise on a daily basis just like the rest of us.

That’s why I’m introducing a different product than just private or semi private training in person with me. I’m now offering a packaged membership and self guided workout program for those of you who feel like you don’t need as much supervision and want to workout at your own pace, on your own time.

Here’s how it works - you purchase an open gym membership and a self guided program. I then provide you with a 6-8 week customized program for you to complete at a pace of either 2 or 3 days per week, whichever works for your schedule. We meet once for 30-60 minutes to go over all of the exercises on the program so you’re fully on board with the routine. You complete the routine; at the end of the cycle we can repeat this with a new program or you can continue on your own.

You don’t need have a schedule that matches mine - you can come and complete the routine on your own time, whenever the gym is open.

You still get the benefit of being an open gym member. You have unlimited use of the gym and all of its services. Finished training on the program and want to do cardio? Or take a streaming class? Come in whenever you like.

The cost is much more economical than private training. The cost of programming + a gym membership over the course of a year is a fraction of the cost of training privately during that same term.
